Sidcot School opens search for new Head
Sidcot School is a co-educational Quaker school with students aged from 3 – 18, based in North Somerset. The school is seeking a new Head to lead and nurture its community. It seeks an inspirational leader to succeed Iain Kilpatrick. The new Head will help propel the Sidcot community forward in the continued pursuit of excellence in all areas.
Blending a respect for existing strengths with new ideas and an appetite for innovation and creative thinking, the next Head will have a demonstrable track record of successful senior leadership experience. They will be a compelling communicator, with strong strategic skills and business acumen. A highly visible leader, the successful candidate will possess the gravitas and collegiality to work well with a committed staff team, Governors and external stakeholders. A commitment to boarding and holistic education is sought, as is a genuine resonance with Sidcot’s Quaker values and ethos.
